Are you passionate about bass fishing and community building? Join Minnesota B.A.S.S. Nation Board and help grow the sport you love! As a Membership Director, you'll play a vital role in expanding our network of bass anglers and supporting local clubs.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary contact for individuals interested in starting a new bass club.
• Develop and implement strategies to recruit and retain members through outreach and engagement.
• Drive recruitment efforts through social media campaigns and local promotional activities.
• Partner with regional directors to strengthen member retention and club growth.
